Project Management : With all around Support
Large projects, especially when several departments and external services are involved over a longer space of time, should be assigned with a central coordinator. The project manager is the central correspondent for all participants, when questions arise about problems with the applied RedDot systems, working and planning sequences and the coordination of trainer and consultants application.
Technical Services- If you need a little more help
Sometimes you need a little more help than usual. Perhaps there is a deadline to be met or your project manager is overwhelmed by other responsibilities. Or maybe you just need some professional assistance with your RedDot Enterprise CMS project. We are here to help! RedDot Technical Service is available for one-on-one assistance or independent help with your projects.
These packages are designed to start the development of a customer's first CMS project. A RedDot Technical Service Consultant builds the basic structural "skeleton" of the project, including basic navigation and content templates plus explains the configuration of the project. Our Consultants take the time to ensure that the customer understands the structure of the project and, if time allows, directly assists the customer to develop the project further.
