Description

This session covers everything you need to know to create, deploy, update and maintain your web site with CMS. HTML proficiency is required for RedDot CMS Administrators. In this interactive, results-based course, you will learn how to use RedDot CMS to create projects (Web sites maintainable with RedDot CMS) quickly and with self-confidence. Following your introduction to the basic elements in a training project, you will create a travel portal based on a template and enable your editors to maintain content without requiring HTML skills.

Skill Requirements

Introductory class, no predefined RedDot skills needed.

Pre-requisites

Basic knowledge of the Windows 2000/2003 operating system and basic HTML skills are essential. A good general understanding of technology is important, basic knowledge of relational databases, JavaScript and SQL would be helpful.
